Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 2 T. poppy seeds
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. hot water

Instructions

  • Mix cake mix, oil, poppy seed, pudding, eggs, and water.
  • Pour into greased loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes.

Notes

If you want to glaze the bread, mix 3 T. sugar and 4 T. lemon juice. Poke holes in the top of the bread after baking and pour glaze overtop. When it’s cool, remove from pans.
