6 Ingredient Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
Lemon Poppy Seed Bread {Print Recipe}
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 T. poppy seed
- 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. hot water
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix, oil, poppy seed, pudding, eggs, and water.
2. Pour into greased loaf pans.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
If you want to glaze the bread, mix 3 T. sugar and 4 T. lemon juice. Poke holes in the top of the bread after baking and pour glaze overtop. When cool, remove from pans.
