Back-To-School Organizing w/ Personal Planner

It’s hard to believe that school is right around the corner! As much as I enjoy summer, by the time school hits, I am ready for routine again. Because summer is filled many activities, gatherings, and events, I live by my planner, to make sure I don’t miss a thing, yet when school comes around, my planner is my guidebook for the day! If I don’t write it down in my planner, it’s not going to happen or even worse, I won’t be there! So when it comes to school time, a planner is a must-have for me!

When Personal Planner started a back-to-school campaign this summer, I wanted to jump on board! I am already using my Personal Planner for the year where I document every happening in it, but I needed a mixbook, where I can write down notes, ideas, meal plans, messages, you name it! It’s one thing to write it down, but I need it all in one place so that I always know where to look. So this time around, my mixbook is my go-to.

What I love about Personal Planner is that the look of it, is all up to the designer, who is YOU. I uploaded my own floral picture on both the front and the back, to make it even more personal. They have pictures ready to upload or you can download your own. They also offer various sizes like mini, square, wide, classic A5, and big A4. I always stick with the A5 because that’s the just size that works for me, even for my mixbook:

I don’t know about  you, buy my planner always sees it’s fair share of wear and tear. Though because of the thick plastic cover that protects the cover, it lasts longer than any of my other planners or notebooks have:

With the mixbook, you can add anything from lists, trackers, goals, budgets, meal planners, year overviews, cleaning schedules, travel lists, student pages, games, ruled, blank, dotted, and even graph paper! I did over half of my mixbook with ruled paper…(I’m an avid note-taker…)

Another few pages, I added a meal planner. What I like about his meal planner is that I can reuse these weeks, instead of trying to reinvent the wheel every week:

And the rest of it, the make-a-list section. I won’t ever lose these lists because they are in my mixbook, all tucked in, never to be lost! I love they style of the meal planner and list sections.

And like I said, I decided to do the same print on the back cover as the front:
