  • Are You Enjoying Life?

Do you enjoy your life? Really though, when you look back on your life and even today, are you enjoying life? If so, in what ways do you feel like you are living life to the fullest? If you don’t, what’s missing? What empty void do you feel? Life hasn’t gone the way I thought…

  • Trying To “Fix” It All

Problems are part of life. They are inescapable: woven into the very fabric of this fallen world. You tend to go into problem-solving mode all too readily, acting as if you have the capacity to fix everything. This is a habitual response, so automatic that it bypasses your conscious thinking. Not only does this habit…

Over the past few months we have been studying Philippians in our Bible Study. The type of study we are doing, encourages us to dig really deep into the passage, which has helped me gain a better understanding of what Paul is saying in this book. Paul was in prison while he wrote the book…

  1. Do you have time to send out cards and words of encouragement. Everyone needs to be lifted up now and then. Spend time writing notes to your friends and loved ones. Everyone loves getting cards in the mail even if it just says, I love you, I appreciate you, have a great week, thinking of you, hope you have a fun time, I appreciate all you do for…, be that sunshine some one might need.

I send out a lot of cards and I can’t tell you how many people text me because it made their day a little brighter, just because I took a few minutes to send it. Just a thought. It gives you a great feeling too.

  2. I love this, Mary! I think it’s a FANTASTIC idea and I always love getting cards from you! You are such a thoughtful person, Mary! This is definitely a ministry of yours!
