A song that I have had on repeat and just can’t stop listening to with much conviction is, “While You Were Sleeping” by Casting Crowns. This song has me stepping bac, every time I listen to it asking myself, “What position does Christ have in my life? Do I only have space for Him when…

  • More Than Ordinary

It happens every day. Probably every minute of the day. A process that really is nothing out of the ordinary: Having a child. When I sit back and think about really how common it is, how every person on this earth, is a result of a birth, it really is ordinary. Yet one thing I…

  1. Do you have time to send out cards and words of encouragement. Everyone needs to be lifted up now and then. Spend time writing notes to your friends and loved ones. Everyone loves getting cards in the mail even if it just says, I love you, I appreciate you, have a great week, thinking of you, hope you have a fun time, I appreciate all you do for…, be that sunshine some one might need.

I send out a lot of cards and I can’t tell you how many people text me because it made their day a little brighter, just because I took a few minutes to send it. Just a thought. It gives you a great feeling too.

  2. I love this, Mary! I think it’s a FANTASTIC idea and I always love getting cards from you! You are such a thoughtful person, Mary! This is definitely a ministry of yours!
