Making a list, checking it twice…

I am a list maker. Whether it be a grocery list, to-do list, house project list, gifts to buy list, meal plan, etc. I make a list for it. I have this strange love for planners, planning, and writing down what I need to do. Though this also proves that I have a hard time just sitting and relaxing! But when I do, I can safely assume that I won’t forget to do anything because I’m sure it’s on a list somewhere. Though this time, I decided to design a notebook to write down ALL of my lists, so that I don’t have sticky notes in every nook and cranny in our home. The on-going lists and the ones done in a week. I found a cute background that I wanted to use, so I was able to just upload the design/jpeg, and voila, I had the front and back cover! The notebook also comes with a plastic cover for both front and back, which is perfect for this mama. It’s bound to be spilled on, dripped on, and whatever else can happen to paper, right?

I chose to do ruled paper for the first 3/4 of the notebook. Indeed, you can choose different “types” of paper, from ruled, blank, graph, dots, and even blank music sheets! AND you can choose how many pages of each you’d like to have.

The last 3/4 of the notebook, I chose to keep blank – I was envisioning my daughter wanting to draw, so I made sure she was included in this project too.

And even though I chose to do a notebook, Personal Planner also includes a plastic bookmark/ruler that you can snap into your planner or notebook. And not to mention, the elastic holder and plastic protector for any papers, pictures, or notes you want to carry with you:

The day I received my notebook, I already started my lists (go figure)! With my notebook, I also got some fun fine tip markers, highlighters (which are not awkward to hold when trying to highlight something), and pens to write notes with.

And check out these fun highlighters as I mentioned above! They are perfect because they do not highlight too dark where you can’t even read what you highlighted, it doesn’t make your marker run, and they are designed for the perfect hold.
