– Going on a vacation with Dan – destination TBD.
– Heading to the youth ministry conference in March
– Traveling to Stony Lake for my family’s vacation
– Building deeper relationships with friends, our youth group kids, and people in general
– Studying our family’s genealogy (getting close to being as far back as I can go!)
– Going to Newark, New Jersey again for our high school mission trip
– Playing games, especially TICKET TO RIDE!!!!!!!
– Continue to work on living up to God’s standards and transforming my life
– Finish paying off Dan’s school loan
– GROWING CLOSER TO GOD
– And so many more I’m sure…
One thing I love about having this blog is being able to look back at where God has taken us. It’s humbling and exciting to see the journey He has brought us on. That is why I love to scrapbook – it tells a story.
Little update…I called West Michigan Heart because it was starting to bother me as to why I needed to go up to GR for my appointment to hear what Mayo Clinic said, when they first said I could do it over the phone. Well, my doctor really wants to see me in her office, vs. doing it over the phone. Now I’m getting a little apprehensive. But, like I said before, I can do NOTHING about it, so I just have to sit back and wait. Only God and the doctors know the results and I have to trust that they will give me the best recommendations that they can. It just makes me very curious why it’s so important I am in the office to hear the results – hmmm….
Until then…I need to be patient. Just because it’s not til February, doesn’t mean God stops working. God will continue to work in our life in this next month and mold us into the creatures He designed us to be. We just have to be open!
May God bless you in this new year – with challenges that draw you closer to Him, with love that makes you cling to Him, and with passion that makes you want to crave Him. Blessings!
