Around The Home
I’m just going to get right to it! Here’s what our week looked like in pictures:
Both smiling, but Dan’s is a bit forced…he is absolutely FREEZING, but Mazy is having the time of her life! And because she is, so is daddy.
Sitting by the pool always requires a snack – and every last bite!
On Monday, we went to our town’s Memorial Day Parade, which I had not been to since I was probably in high school! Mazy is so into parades now and couldn’t WAIT to go.
My younger sister posted a picture of their adorable twins, and note how much Mazy and Ellie look alike! Mazy (on the right) was 3 months old, so a bit chubbier at that point, but their facial shape is almost identical. Who knew Ellie had another twin 🙂
Last minute on Wednesday, we ran out to a little children’s museum, since it was supposed to rain the whole day:
Puppet show time!
We went for a walk one day, and Mazy wanted to see if the Splash Pad was open. I wasn’t about to test the sprinklers, but she dared to. And…they did not turn on!
So…we went home and had our own sprinkler party! By we, I mean HER.
This past week I’ve been a bit more tired and I ended up having to take my diuretic, which often makes me extremely fatigued. I just couldn’t stay awake, so apparently someone took a pic. Not sure if it was Dan or Mazy, but apparently Mazy put a dusting cloth on my head and gave me her blankie. Not sure why the cloth on the head, but it’s probably the cold cloth that she has seen on some show. I’m telling you, that girl is going to be a nurse! We are eager to see what the holter monitor results show. I also had my blood drawn, and my fluid levels were almost 3x what they should be, so no wonder I wasn’t feeling the greatest. Hoping this is a bit of a better week!
