Around the Home
Not much to say about this week, except how much we are loving these pups (even though they haven’t quite mastered the potty training gig yet). They do run our lives a bit being that they are taking a bit to catch on to the whole going to the bathroom outside, but we know it’ll come. They were raised in a barn for 4 months and they learned to go to the bathroom at anytime there, so undoing that, will just take some time. But oh are they SO fun and SO adorable! Sometimes I’m ready to pull my hair out from the accidents, but then I see them snuggle and just love Mazy to pieces, and it makes all those frustrations fly right out the door. This past week Maggie and Millie’s personalities have really come out too. It’s hard to imagine that a week ago they didn’t dare move, where now, they play constantly with each other! So here’s a look at our life with the pups, and a few other random pictures thrown in from the week:
Mazy is the biggest little helper! She’ll be out the door to help, no matter what she’s doing beforehand:
Maggie on the left, Millie on the right (we are keeping Maggie and Millie is my in-laws dog).

It was a beautiful day so we figured it’d be a good day to take the pups on a wagon ride down the sidewalk! They weren’t so sure about it, but they got used to the idea after a bit!
Super Bowl party with youth group!
It’s been hard to get the barn smell out of the dogs, but bath by bath, it’s dissipating!
Maggie doesn’t mind baths, especially if it means she can get her stomach scratched:
Sweetest pup…
Hard to believe it was the first week of February and there are signs of SPRING:
Here come the daffodils, that now have inches of snow on top of them:
Mazy loves these pups and these pups love her:
Mazy has been obsessed with dogs, well, for forever, and she decided to pull out an old Halloween costume from a few years back. As you can see, she’s grown a bit since then…
ALWAYS PLAYING AND ROUGH HOUSING:
They say dogs take after their owners. Maggie, this is about right! I sprawl when I sleep and often sleep on my back. You got it right girl:
Maggie wants so badly to jump in the bath with Mazy! Their bond was exactly what we were hoping for in getting a dog:
Oh the joy a dog has brought to Mazy’s life! Best. Decision.
