Around the Home
Beading sweat the first full week of October is a bit of a shocker here in the mitten state, but no complaints here! Fall is in full bloom as leaves blanket the ground and pumpkins grace front porches. And we are trying to live up all the small details of fall before it comes to an end:
It is now duck and goose season, which means it’s time for Mazy to get dressed up in her camo and Dan, Mazy, and Maggie go hunting:
With the start of fall means the start of youth group and our annual prayer partner dinner. It is humbling to see the church, with all the generations represented, coming together to pray, worship, and connect:
This girl is not afraid of frogs! P.S. It was family group game day at school, hence the orange shirt of a church we don’t go to (thank you, cousins!)
A rainbow in October…always a beautiful sight to see!
Fall also means fall rec soccer for this cutie! She LOVES to play and it’s amazing to see her grow in skill and love for the game in just these few short weeks:
The “Pink Kittens” sure have a lot of fun together!
Last, but not least, fall welcomes hayrides and a whole lot of corn:
And when those kernels start to fly, Mazy hides :). She often gets to tag along on youth group events and it’s so fun to see her join right in on the fun!
Who knew you could make corn kernel stock up so beautiful:
We are enjoying every minute of fall because we know those little white flakes could start flying anyday!
