Around The Home
I find I am taking fewer and fewer pictures lately, due to long to-do lists and finding things to pack up/clean, but I was able to sneak a few in this week!
Can I just say, the warmer weather in Minnesota has been fantastic? I sometimes wonder how in the world we got through the long winter months in Minnesota, but we always seem to! Needless to say, we have spent the majority of our days outside if we are home, and Mazy cries each time we have to go inside, unless I think of something fun to do inside. Love that girl!
I decided to visit a different grocery store due to the random items I needed, and this store had carts with cars on the front of them, which kept Mazy busy! Whoever invented these were a genius!
No better way to eat spaghetti than with your shirt off and it all over your face, so you can save it for later!
I heard some giggling in the other room and Mazy and Dan were lying on the bed together, just having the cutest father/daughter moment! She was stroking his face, telling him to go to sleep! Wonder where she learned that from?
Some friends of ours had sheep and Mazy didn’t think twice about running with them! She sure is a farmer at heart!
Never mind that it was almost 85 on this day! I asked Mazy if I could put a hat on. I tried her summer hat, but she said no pretty adamantly. Then I heard her in the porch area and Dan said she was getting a winter hat! Hey whatever floats your boat, right?
This past week we finalized the loan for our home, so now we just wait to close this coming week! Woohoooooo! We forgot how long of a process buying a home is, but it has been so worth it! This week we also will try and pack up a few more things slowly, but surely, so that it doesn’t come all at once. We are starting some of our “lasts” here in MN, but we know with one chapter closing, another one is just around the corner! June will be here before we know it!
