Buffalo Chicken Dip
I love appetizers!
I love munchies – those appetizers that you can almost eat just as your meal. You know what I’m talking about – those appetizers that you may order at a restaurant AS your meal – I have done that many a times. A friend had introduced me to a buffalo chicken dip years ago. I am not a “hot” food eating person – as in spicy. But as soon as I had this buffalo chicken dip, it was game over – I became addicted!
What’s even better, is the fact that this is the easiest recipe! If you have to take a dish over to a friend’s house or to a family gathering, this is recipe has ingredients that you will probably always have on hand! You can even buy canned chicken if you want the process to go even quicker! This dip is especially good with tortilla chips, but can also be eaten with crackers.
I have yet to meet someone who does not like this dip, so if that is any motivation, this recipe is definitely worth a try!
