- Cleansing wipes (alcohol swabs)
- Clear eyes

- Gloves
- Hand sanitizer

- Neosporin
- Pepto-Bismol
- Scissors
- Sudafed PE
- Sunblock
- Tape (athletic and medical)
- Thermometer
- Tic remover
- Tums
- Tweezers
2. Find a plastic container to put all of the items
3. Make a list of everything you have in there so that when you go through it every year, you will know what you are missing.
4. Whatever you have not used in a few years and think you will not use, get rid of it. Your first aid kit should only have the necessities.
5. These are also items to keep in your bathroom as well.
Confession of the Day: I used to clog our bathroom cupboards with so many different “first aid” items. I would keep every sample and everything that I could possibly need someday. Then my husband had a great idea of keeping it all in one place and making a list of everything in that box, so that everytime we went on a trip, we could look at that list and figure out if we had the item or not. It was a wonderful solution to cupboards that were cluttered. If you do not have a first aid kit, I would suggest making one. You can’t have to keep them all in one bin, but it just makes it easier when looking for something.
