Easy Coleslaw Side Dish

When we were in the Florida keys several years ago now, coleslaw was often served. Growing up, I was never a huge fan of it, but I figured hey, with fish tacos, it might taste okay? Well, ever since then, I’ve been hooked. Now the problem was finding the right recipe that didn’t turn my taste buds the other way.
Well, this EASY COLESLAW RECIPE has been a game changer. Anytime we have fish tacos or BBQ chicken, this is my go-to. And it really is, that easy.
Here are all of the ingredients you need:
Mix together all the ingredients together, except the coleslaw.
Should eventually look like a dressing:
Add the coleslaw and put in a serving bowl.
Serve up this easy peasy salad/side dish and you’ll never go back to store-bought coleslaw!
Easy Coleslaw

- 14 oz. coleslaw mix
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Add mayo, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, and pepper to a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until fully combined.
- Add in the coleslaw mix and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
