Granola Balls
Granola Balls {Print Recipe}Ingredients:
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1/8 t. salt
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 T. flax seed
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. cranberries or pecans
2. Add oatmeal, coconut, wheat germ, flax seed, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
3. Stir until well mixed.
4. Roll into balls.
5. Refrigerate or freeze.
Getting ready to make these for a play date tomorrow! They look delicious!
That's a great idea Andi! They are really good :). I have a couple bags of them, frozen because they are that easy! Just to warn you, your hands will get quite sticky from the honey, but well worth the effort!
I just noticed you has responded as I was sharing the link for these (for at least the 12th time!) on Facebook. I cheat when I make these and use my ice cream scoop to make the balls so my hands don't get sticky 😉 And they never ever last long. I made a batch yesterday, and the last one was gone around the same time today, which is a record, hahah!
