How To Save Money and MAKE Money At The Same Time
I am someone who does not like to pay full price. Although along with that pact that I made with myself, comes priceless minutes that I lose, searching the internet, looking for the BEST deals on a product or in the store. I have numerous websites that I go to, looking to see if any one of them beats out the other.
All to save a few bucks.
Then I was introduced to Dealspotr. I had never heard of this website before and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised at how EASY their site was to use and how personal I could make it.
SO WHAT IS DEALSPOTR?
Dealspotr calls themselves the “Wikipedia for deals” and I would say that is spot on. Members post online and in-store deals, promos, and coupons, on Dealspotr, and in turn, earn FREE AMAZON GIFT CARDS!
For example, when you earn 10,000 points, you can turn those points in for a $10 Amazon gift card. If you are a saver, you can save your points for a larger gift card after you have racked up more points.
HOW DEALSPOTR WORKS
When you sign up for an account, you will be prompted to choose categories that interest you. These range from electronics, to home, to babies, to travel, to restaurants and more! Then you can choose subcategories within those categories, to narrow down the deals that YOU want to see (not all these deals that do not pertain to any of your interests). Then you can choose specific stores within those categories, which is an aspect of Dealspotr I appreciate. For instance, if I was interested in buying baby items from Target, I could narrow my deals down that specifically. Again, allowing me to only see deals that I WANT TO SEE! Here are some stores that I subscribe to:
You can also use the search bar to search bar to see if there is a deal on a specific item, like diapers and it will pull up all of the deals that are posted.
Finding deals never became so easy and so specific to my interests. Some of the interests I was able to specify for my profile:
HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS?
There are multiple and even simple ways that you can earn points:
- Post Deals
- Comment on deals
- Invalidate deals that no longer work
- Refer friends and family (you will earn 10% of the points they earn for a lifetime
- Complete the daily checklist (which is valued at 200 points)
- And MORE!
I would say the BEST way to earn points is to post deals. No worries, you do not need to now spend hours scouring the internet for deals. Just look through your emails from stores that you get on a regular basis and post those deals! I used to just click “delete,” but now I turn those emails into points, which turn into FREE gift cards!
You can also “spot deals” by up-voting them, which turns them into Hot Deals or On Fire Deals to see what is trending and what is literally a “hot deal.” If you post a deal that goes “hot,” you earn even more points!
WHY JOIN?
Earn Money
One thing that is different about Dealspotr than all the other coupon and deal-saving sites out there is that it is member operated AND you can EARN MONEY, which sets them even more apart. The gift cards were too good for me to pass up, since I was already receiving emails from stores I wanted to shop from. By simply posting those deals, the points really started to add up.
Worth Your Time
There have been times when I have found a deal and I texted my friends to let them know about it because it was just too good NOT to share. Well, imagine sharing that deal on a website and earn points, which then turn into FREE gift cards? JUST for sharing about the deal! It only took me a few minutes, which was worth it in my book.
If you join, you will get an EXTRA 5,000 POINTS when you sign up! Just click THIS LINK or any of the links within this post! Or if you go on their general website, just enter the code KSTERK during registration to earn this bonus! With 5,000 extra points, you are already HALFWAY to earning a $10 Amazon gift card!
Dealspotr has now become one of my go-to websites when I am searching for that promo code, coupon, or deal. When I go to my profile, all of the deals that I am interested in show up, which makes dealspotting a no-brainer.
