Melt-In-Your-Mouth Barbecued Spareribs
Sometimes on the weekends, I have the hardest time coming up with what to have for supper. I often find myself shuffling through items in the freezer, trying to think of what I can create and make.
This past fall, we went in with a family and bought part of a pig. We had never done that before, but when I heard the price per pound, I couldn’t resist! We received ground pork, bacon, spareribs, roast, etc. Being in the freezer, I sometimes forget about it (except on weekends when I’m searching). I saw the pork spareribs in there and was reminded of my mom’s barbecued spareribs recipe, that is insanely good!
As I was making them, my husband asked what we were having because he said he smelled so good. I couldn’t wait to share this amazing recipe with him. Granted they do take about 2 hours to perfect, but before we knew it, we were find eating delish ribs with paper towels in hand. A few chuckles may have been part of this meal as we looked at each other and saw what a mess we both were! The messier the better, right?
Who needs summer when you can bake this goodness right in the oven?
