Only By Grace.

I have gone back and forth on many different blog name options, but one word kept coming back to me: grace. It may seem like I overuse that word, but that word defines The Sterk’s life.

A good friend had sent me a few different ideas and she was helping me define what I wrote about. Thanks to her promptings to really think about what I am trying to portray, I couldn’t help but keep coming back to GRACE.

And as a Christian, it truly is ONLY BY GRACE that I write. It is ONLY BY GRACE that I live. It is ONLY BY GRACE that I am saved and can call my eternal home, “Heaven” with my Savior.

So as I continue to blog, I want to still write about what I always write about: faith, family, our story, and of course, organizing and living life with less. But in all of that, I can only have and do these things because of the grace of God. I hope you enjoy the new look! It was hard to quit writing for the Organizing Life With Less blog, but I hope to continue those same ideas here with a combination of our life’s story.

You will also notice that the website name is www.kristinsterk.com. Reason for the changes? I wanted to drop the blogspot name, but also wanted it to be something that people could remember. I figured my name would be easy enough! So you can still type in dksterk.blogspot.com, but it will just redirect to www.kristinsterk.com.
