Refrigerated Spinach Dip
Refrigerated Spinach Dip {Print Recipe}
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry vegetable recipe mix (Knorr)
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Directions:
1. Put frozen spinach in a pan and cover with water.
2. Boil for 3 minutes and then simmer for 4.
3. Drain well and squeeze all of water out.
4. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients and add spinach.
5. Chill for 2+ hours.
6. Keep refrigerated.
7. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, etc.
Notes: I have fallen in love with the new-er Pretzel Crisps – the garlic and parmesan? So much goodness wrapped up in a pretzel!
