Simple Ice Cream Dessert
It’s a hot summer day and the last thing you want to do is spend time making a dessert – you’d much rather be lounging in a beach chair or sitting in front the fan. The thought of making a dessert is making you sweat just thinking about! Well, here is the dessert for you – one that will make your hands a little cold (from opening up the ice cream sandwiches), but also will be satisfying in how little time it takes to make. The joy of this recipe too is that you now have choices about what different types of ice cream sandwiches to buy! I see now they have come out with chocolate/vanilla, chocolate chip, cookies and cream, and mint. Any other kinds that you have seen? You can make it whatever flavor you want!
