TWO Embryos
Quick update!
TWO embryos fertilized!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The nurse called at 8:30am this morning and said 8 eggs were retrieved, one was immature, BUT, two FERTILIZED!
I can’t tell you how much joy I have in my heart right now. To think that there are two Dan and Kristin’s hanging out at the clinic right now. It is making me cry. This is the farthest we have ever been in the baby-making process and to know that we now have two little children in this world, just brings overwhelming joy to both Dan and I. We pray those embryos continue to grow!
Tomorrow is the transfer day where those embryos we pray, will find a nice nesting place in Brenda’s womb. I know her womb is set up to carry babies, and I just pray God continues to mature those embryos so that they become our earthly children someday.
Praise God with shouts of joy. With tears of thankfulness. With smiles that are continuous. And with faith that God can perform miracles. God performed a miracle yesterday in creating those two. He created two miracles just for us. How humbling it is to think of that. What a gracious and Almighty God we serve!

What an Awesome opportunity and experience Kristen….Very Exciting…being pregnant with my second makes me appreciate it more and even though I only have 8 more weeks to go and feeling pretty big…I will hang in there without complaining. I hope everything in this processing goes smoothly for you and Dan and that God blesses you with 2 babies in about 10 months…Congrats…and We will be praying for you. 🙂
Congratulations Kellie on baby #2! Wow and to be only 8 weeks away! Honestly, I think complaining can be justified b/c I can only imagine how uncomfortable life can get with a baby inside :). I am trying not to get ahead of myself, but knowing we have two embryos, is exciting to think that we may have twins! We would LOVE them, but we would also be so thankful with whatever God gives us. Oh my goodness!!!!! This is VERY exciting!!!! I had no idea what kind of journey you guys were having making a family. This is just incredible!!! God totally provided Brenda, and what an amazing testimony both families will have telling of God's faithfulness!!! I am overwhelmed with happiness for you two!!!!!!! Totally AWESOME!!!!!!! Congratulations!!! We will pray for you and Dan and of course Brenda and your two sweet embryos 🙂 I will enjoy following your blog 🙂
