It was all things Christmas this week in our home! Even though Christmas is a little more than a week away, I knew I wanted our sweet girl to experience all things Christmas this year! As she gets a bit older, I see the excitement in her eyes and the joy that Christmas brings. And…

  • Here’s To Another Year

A month ago, this maybe isn’t how I anticipated celebrating my 34th birthday, but this doesn’t surprise God. I remember thinking before my first surgery, that by my birthday, I wouldn’t necessarily be back to normal, but I would be far on the mend. I would be a week past my post-op appointment and hopefully…

  • An Unlikely Story

The story of Mary and Elizabeth has been such an inspirational story to reflect on! Part of me wondered why I hadn’t read it more often since last year, considering our situation. But maybe it’s because it would’ve been too hard to read, realizing that at that point, we could not have our own kids….

When I think about doing these posts, of what life looks like around our home, I continually realize we live an ordinary life. Yet God continually gives me extraordinary experiences, as I am sure He does for you too. In the moment tonight, I had one of those experiences. Mazy is teething and struggles to…

  2. Congratulations Kellie on baby #2! Wow and to be only 8 weeks away! Honestly, I think complaining can be justified b/c I can only imagine how uncomfortable life can get with a baby inside :). Thank you for your prayers Kellie! I vaguely remember that you have a blog as well – what is the address to it? Thanks for your comment and good to hear from you!
