  1. My December order never came, nor it’s attempted follow-up as a result of connecting to customer service?! What’s going on with your shipping dept?

    1. Hi Pamela! Thank you for your message! Did you ever get a confirmation email with your order? If you are having trouble connecting with customer service (which typically they are know for great customer service), let me know and I can contact them!
