How To Save Even MORE On Cyber Monday
I like to save every penny that I can – I wouldn’t necessarily call myself cheap, but frugal? Absolutely!
With Cyber Monday just around the corner, did you know there is ONE more way that you can save money? And in fact, it isn’t just on Cyber Monday. You can get extra savings almost EVERY single time you shop online!
Have you ever heard of Ebates? Or Swagbucks? I am actually a part of both of those programs because each has their own perks. But did you know that when you sign up for Ebates and if you spend $25 (that’s not hard to do at any clothing store, amazon, etc.), then you will also get $10 back?? So essentially, you are only spending $15, ALONG WITH the savings you already found on Cyber Monday!
These are just little deals that I find extremely helpful when it comes to shopping online. Little ways to save money, that add up HUGE in the long run. I am not a huge spender, but since I’ve been an Ebates Member, just the few times I have bought things through them, I have saved over $30. I know, it’s a small amount. But I was going to make the purchases online anyways, so why not add extra savings? Plus, that is just from a handful of purchases I made online! Some stores have incredible rebates.
So how does it work? Really, there is NOT a catch. All you have to do is sign up, then anytime you are going to make a purchase online, see if Ebates works with them. Then just click on the “Shop Now” link through Ebates and your savings will be generated if you make a purchase! A purchase of ANY size! I have even had a cart of items ready to go, then quickly checked Ebates, and sure enough, that store offered a rebate! So, I clicked on the Shop Now link and the items were all still in my cart – whew! It’s like couponing and refunding (back in the day), without having to have paper coupons! Now let me remind you too though, to get the $10 off, you need to spend $25 within a year to get the $10 back.
I did not have trouble doing that – Christmas cards alone will get you there! Have fun shopping!
