Not the week back from Christmas break that we expected! Two days back and 3 snow days made up our first week of January! A hefty winter storm came rolling through and snow just didn’t stop! And this is what I look SO forward to about Michigan winters…the anticipation, the excitement, the slow mornings, busy days, and oh the snow days!

And when you’re stuck in the house for long periods of time, creativity comes out of the woodwork! Mazy wanted to do a “science experiment” to see whose egg “housing” would protect the egg the best. And…as much as she gave me grief over my creation, mama didn’t have too shabby of an idea :).
