If You Could Change One Thing…
We are pulled in so many different directions. Busyness has now become a status to live up to. We immerse ourselves into our daily routines, listen and adhere to what others are doing via social media, and go to bed exhausted, hoping tomorrow isn’t like today. But the alarm goes off and we do it all over again.
What if you could choose ONE THING to change in your life?
What would it be?
There is not a right or wrong answer. Some answers might be the same, some might be different. Some might be more trivial, some might be deeper. Some may want to lower their intake of Mountain Dew and others might want to have more minutes of quiet. Some may want to lose, 5, 10, or 40 pounds, others may want to eat more broccoli. Some may want to give more, others may want to declutter.
What is your ONE THING? I know you probably thought of like a hundred (like me), but choose JUST ONE.
For me, I would change my contentment and confidence in regards to where God has me in life. I’m “in between” recovering from cancer and entering back fully into life, and I want to live this time out confidently and with contentment as God is leading me forward through this time. I’ve kept plenty busy, spending time taking classes to become a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Mental Health Coach, to pair with my BSW that I received in college. It’s been exciting, motivating, and I’m eager to see where God takes this all. But I want to live this moment in life with more contentment and confidence, knowing God has a good plan for me!
Good for you! I can see you being very helpful in this field.
