  1. I go to a local farm store to buy my meats. No steroids and chickens are truly free range. I go to a seafood market that has fresh wild caught products..never farm raised. I buy milk from a Nutrition store (Amish) and try to shop at Trader Joe’s when I am in that area. I also raise a garden with no pesticides. It truly makes a difference the kinds of foods we eat.

I give you so much credit as it sounds like you have really learned a lot in the process of making better choices! It truly does make a difference like you said, I appreciate you sharing what you have learned and where you go! I didn’t think about the getting milk from a nutrition store! Great idea! It’s just so hard with little kids to find healthier choices so thank you for sharing your list!!! And encouraging me to try! If you ever start learning about chemicals in your home like cleaners, lotions, and soaps please share that to!?

    1. Hey Kelsey! Thank you for your message! We have learned so much along the way and it is a PROCESS. Small little changes over time, makes a HUGE difference in the long run! When we first started, it took a hot second to find things for our daughter to like, but now she actually prefers the better items because she feels better. It is never too late!
