Easy Brownie Cake
It’s time for another potluck or family gathering and you are in charge of dessert. Do you dread the question “can you bring a dessert?” That is a question that I used to not have an answer to – though after a few years of collecting some good recipes, I now have go-to recipes that I turn to every time. One of them being, this easy brownie cake recipe. I know, a lame name – couldn’t there be a better name for it? Well, it is what it is! It is easy, it is made with brownies, and I suppose you could call it a cake. Try this recipe and since a makes a big ole pan full, you know you will have plenty for the gathering!
Easy Brownie Cake {Print Recipe}
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 containers Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Hershey bar or chocolate syrup
Directions:
1. Bake brownies as directed on package
2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 container Cool Whip
3. Put on top of cooled brownies.
4. Blend puddings and milk
5. Pour puddings on top of cake.
6. Spread last container of Cool Whip on top.
7. Sprinkle Hershey bar or use chocolate syrup
8. Refrigerate.
