Freezer-Friendly Strawberry Pie
Friends or family come over and you have a dessert already made? Yes please! Here is a simple recipe that makes not only one, but TWO! Plus, you can freeze this dessert so that within minutes you can have a delicious and refreshing summer dessert.
Freezer-Friendly Strawberry Pie {Print Recipe}
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 4 c. chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 carton cool whip, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 graham crackers crusts (can use chocolate graham crackers)
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Stir in strawberries.
3. Fold in cool whip and pecans.
4. Pour into crusts.
5. Cover and freeze 3-4 hours.
6. Take out of freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.
Note: You can also let it thaw in the refrigerator if you know ahead of time in company is coming over.
