Around the Home
It’s been a busy few weeks for the Sterks, but weeks filled with so much fun…
Mazy was a flower girl in a dear friend’s wedding, so she got to get all dressed up and I got to do her hair…
Even though she was SO nervous, when it come down to it, Mazy was BRAVE and she did it!
The next weekend we went camping at the Conference Grounds for their Fall Festival! Even though it was a tad chilly and rainy, we still made the most of it and didn’t want to come home :).
These girlies were brave enough to go in Lake Michigan:
Counting candy, that’s the best part, right?
Our sweet little Frozen 2 Elsa! And indeed, she does have a turtle on her cheek from face painting that she had done at a local craft show earlier that day :):
And the part the kids look most forward to…the trick or treating!
That about covers our last few weeks! If you get a chance, keep praying for our sweet Mazy girl as she is still working through the stresses of going to school and being away from Mom. It has been a few long weeks, but we are slowly learning what helps, what doesn’t, and how to best love our sweet girl. We know many parents struggle with this, and so we join with you! We just pray I can continue to stay out of the hospital and doctor’s offices so that things can be as normal as can be for her, to help her work through this all.
Happy FALL, y’all!

My favorite Bible story is the Nativity.
I’m going through Ruth with Liz Curtis Higgs, so that’s my favorite these past few weeks!
