Boundaries in Your Schedule
Tip #22 – Set Boundaries With Your Schedule
Are you afraid to say “no”? Does saying no build guilt in you, reminding you that you can’t do everything? Let me tell you, IT IS OKAY. Putting boundaries in your schedule, saying no to certain things, blocking off time for yourself, may be some of the wisest choices you will make this year. What are your priorities? Every decision you make – does it reflect your priorities and goals in life? If not, say NO. SET BOUNDARIES.
Kristin’s Action Plan: I do not want to commit to anything that goes against what I feel I am set out to do, which is to glorify God. When I feel overstressed, overcommitted, and overwhelmed, I know I have not set good boundaries when it comes to my schedule. Keeping my priorities straight, and ensuring that I don’t lose sight of them, is the best thing I can do for my faith and my relationships.

I haven't read this yet, but I questioned whether I wanted to or not, because when I saw it, I read "Organizing life with less boundaries in your schedule, that's my problem now", LOL
LOL – thanks for making me chuckle a tad when I read this :). Know that everyday, I too, struggle to keep boundaries! Glad we are all in this together!
