This is one of the BEST organization tools you can use! I strongly encourage anyone who is looking to get organized when it comes to your schedule, bills, your dreams, gift cards, books, you name it, to start a binder. Make it what you want – make it as practical and useful as you would like. Store your envelopes, stamps, addresses, lists, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. in this binder.
Kristin’s Action Plan: Anytime I need to see if a birthday is coming up, if a bill needs to be paid, or what to pack for vacation, I take this binder out. It is sitting out on the counter and I go to it sometimes multiple times a day. It has been a time-saver, and sometimes life-saver because I am not caught forgetting something. I plan to continue this method of organization for YEARS to come!
Ive recently combined my address book, birthday book and xmas gift book into one and am finding it very handy! Weve got a large family (30 on OHs side alone) and having everything in the one place is a godsend. Ive got a seperate folder for bills and mark the payment dates on the calender and am working on another file for cards (birthdays, anniversaries etc), seperating them into months (as I get them made) and writing them out a month at a time.
