Easiest Soup EVER: White Chicken Chili
I would say this is by FAR, the easiest soup recipe I have ever made. It is literally a “throw it in the crockpot” and be DONE recipe.
The question is: can it even taste good then?
The verdict: I made it for about 20 high schoolers and it was a HIT. Many of them went up for seconds and were found asking “so really, what’s in it?” I put stirred all of the ingredients together in a crockpot before I left for work, set the crockpot on low, and for 8 hours it simmered. I came home and the soup was done. That’s it. Complete. Ready to eat.
If you are looking for a quick, easy, and TASTY soup that is more like a comfort food in the winter, this white chicken chili recipe is the answer!
