This is a weekly post that I want to get better at writing! I find myself just posting pictures of Mazy everytime, but at the same time, life with a 9 month old, well, that is what we love about our life! Mazy is so full of personality and spunk (if that would be the…

Motherhood. A gift wrapped with unexplainable love for someone else, a love that is fostered in the tiniest of details, a patience that holds no limits, and a joy unexplainable. Over the past, well, MANY years, I have often thought about what it means to be a mother. I always struggled with the question “do…

Hello Fall! Can I just say I am LOVING the cooler weather? I used to love hot weather, but since having heart failure, it’s a hard aspect of summer that isn’t easy to deal with. But…fall? 1. Qwirkle, my favorite but my husband doesn’t like as much. One we also enjoy and play a lot is 5 crowns. I think Mazy would do well with that. We just played with friends last night. Blokus I also really enjoy, best with 2-3 players I think. Yes, I get games at our schools New 2YOU store also! When our whole crew is together games are being played somewhere. You might also enjoy 7’s which is just played with one deck of cards and any number can play that. I’m sure you can find rules online. Enjoy! Continuing to pray for you and your family on this journey down here.

    1. Hey Gerri! I’ve played 5 Crowns once and LOVED it! We actually have it, but the rest of the fam doesn’t know how to play. This motivates me to teach them! If we lived closer, I’d totally come over and play Qwirkle! Thank you for continuing to pray for us, that means a lot to me, Gerri!
