Mazy’s 1 Year Stats, Routine, And More

Stats: 
~ Height: 30 inches (79th%)
~ Weight: 19 lbs. 13 oz. (50th%). She only gained a pound over the last 3 months. She surely didn’t get that type of metabolism from me!

Food:
~ Eats about every 4 hours. Breakfast is usually toast with peanut butter, lunch is baby food and ham or bread, and supper is whatever we are having. She has a sippy with whole milk at breakfast, lunch, and then at night. Otherwise she drinks water.
~ Likes to eat cheese, Cheerios, bread, waffles, toast, and any baby food except green vegetables

Size:
~ 12-18 month clothes
~ 18-24 month pants
~ 18 month onesies
~ Size 3 diapers and size 4 at night

Routine:
~ Wakes up between 7:45 and 8:30.
~ Goes to bed between 8:00 and 8:30.
~ Can sleep through the night, but doesn’t always (maybe 2 or 3 nights a week she does)

After she wakes up in the morning, we cuddle until she is fully awake, then sit down and eat breakfast. Then we will run errands if needed, but otherwise play until about 10:30 when she will go down for a nap, for about 1 hour. Then it’s lunch time and more play until about 2ish or so and she will go down for another nap. She has been changing her naptime everyday, so each day is different. After naptime we will go for a walk if it’s nice out and then get supper ready. After supper occasionally she will need a little 15-20 minute nap, but is growing out of that. Then around 7:30 we will do a bath if needed, or otherwise turn on her Praise Baby DVD to help her wind down. At 8:00 we give her her last bottle for the night and then put her down. She has been waking up about 1-2 hours after going down to sleep, but after some rocking or crying it out, she will fall back asleep.
