Motor Movement Fun
Mazy attended her first “class” this past fall – Motor Movement – at the local rec center. We had heard a lot of positive comments about this class, and we figured that since we did not enroll Mazy in 3-school this year, that it would be a great and fun opportunity for her. And that it was!
Each Monday at 10am, Mazy was more than eager to leave for her “class” as she called it. The girl who carries much social anxiety with her, jumped right in and has loved it ever since. Granted it helps that the instructor is incredible, but if you know our Mazy, this was very unlike her. She even met a few little friends, which just made it that much more special and something she couldn’t wait to go to.
Anyways, the last day the parents were invited to watch what they learned. Mazy was beyond excited for us to come and what an honor it truly was to watch our daughter do what she loved for the past 10 weeks. She was SO proud and had a perma-smile on her face that whole time. I know it was just a simple motor movement class, but there is something about watching your child do something they enjoy, that just brings so much joy to your life too! Here’s what she all did (notice the smile):
Receiving instruction:
Isn’t she the cutest weightlifter?
She loved it so much that we decided to sign her up for another session in the Spring…she’s already looking forward to it!
Adorable!!
