Top 5 Places We Want to Visit
I am speaking for the both of us only because these are places that we have both mentioned/dreamed of. AND, I am doing Top 6 – I know, always trying to “one up” so to speak! But we have legit reasons as to why we should visit these places someday! We both know, if we put our mind to it, we could make it to these places! Can’t wait to start accomplishing these dreams!
First of all, Dan would like to show me where he worked for a few summers – on the Chatooga River, in South Carolina. As if we haven’t been there enough :), but there is just so much about that state that we love! We even bought an auto emblem sticker thingy to go on our vehicle! Just to see what his life was like back then, would be a really neat experience. Of course we would have to go rafting then too! Our hopes would be to stay in a cabin on a lake nearby, in the quiet wilderness.
The Mediterranean is another place we would like to go…seems like it’d be a cultural experience, GORGEOUS, and just something different. Must remind myself that it’s a tinsy-winsy bit expensive!
Of course…close to the top of the list…THE NETHERLANDS! The motherland! Our heritage. We want to bike the roads that go through the tulips, see the country, and have enough time there where we can just soak it all in. If we go to Europe, we’d probably want to do one country at a time. My friend lives in Ireland, and that is another place I SO WANT TO GO too (sorry, I’m not adding that to the list of pictures b/c that would just make me pathetic).

MAINE! We thought about going there for our last vacation, but we realized it’d be almost a 24 hour drive out there! We’d fish, bike, and just check out the island. Isn’t this pick just beautiful?
Fiji! I know, seems random, but one day we were just talking about exotic places and Dan mentioned the Fiji islands. Yup, that’s a long flight (trust me, we’ve looked into that one too – we dream a lot :)). Just kind of a random place – then we look at the picture and just DROOL.
Then the Tetons! We want to take some time someday to go out west. We’d love to visit all the “famous” parks and just drive around. We both really appreciate the beauty of God’s creation, and we know that every turn of the road, would be displaying that incredibly. We’ve both been to Colorado, so we’d love to see the Rest of the West.
Yeah, these pictures are pretty random, but they are DREAMS! My grandma once said, if you accomplish all your dreams, then you really have nothing to dream about. Good point! That’s why we can dream, right? So, I hope you were able to catch all the drool as well, as you looked at these pics. I know I had to change my shirt from all the drool.
