Our Merry Little Christmas
What a joy it was to celebrate Christmas morning together as a family of 3, in our own home! We were a bit excited for Mazy to wake up to say the least! Unfortunately we did not make it to church being that I had a cough/cold and couldn’t make it 5 minutes without coughing and Dan felt off too, so we decided to just take it easy. It has been such a crazy time, so being at home I think is what we needed too.
Thanks to our amazing friends both near and far, who sent Mazy gifts and gift cards to purchase gifts and to Wayfair for their awesome gift cards through blogging, we were blessed with such wonderful and hands-on gifts for our sweetie! Oh to see the joy on her face! We have been so humbled by the love you all have shown our family. It has been an incredible year. A year filled with changes, trials, and triumphs, but a year that has had us on our knees with no words to say. From people we have never met to those close in our hearts – you have loved us so deeply. These pictures do not show all that we have been blessed with. From the students at a local school to friends across the U.S. This is truly a Christmas we will always remember. For surely it’s not about the gifts, but the Gift of Life that was born. I look back during those difficult times and can’t help but think of the Gift of Life that has given us ETERNAL life. Soli Deo Gloria.
