Peanut Butter Brownies
Don’t let the title deceive you: these peanut brownies also include CREAM CHEESE, which make these absolutely to die for! My basketball team had asked that I make them bars (that sure is a way to their heart). I was scrounging through my recipes and found this peanut butter brownie recipe that I remember when I made it for our youth group kids, it was a big hit.
One thing I like about this recipe is that I usually have all of the ingredients in stock. I always try to stock 2 packages of cream cheese in our fridge because outside of cheesecake, most recipes do not call for more than 2. Plus, they usually last a few months.
It sounds like a complicated recipe (you may think that when you read you have to add cream cheese), but it is far from that! You can have these brownies prepared and baked in 1 hour. Well worth my time!
Next time you have an outing or have to bring a dessert, try this new recipe!
