  • Expecting The Unexpected

There are many unexplainable occurrences in life. Some call those events ironic, coincidences, you name it. I call them Godcidences. I was talking with someone at rehab and while looking at me, she said, why not expect for God to do something great? Huh. Not going to lie, I’ve just assumed my position in life,…

  1. Hi Kristin,
You don’t know me well, I live in Prinsburg and talked to you a couple times. My husband had an ejection fraction in the 20’s due to
a virus attacking his heart which came up suddenly about 2 years ago, he is on medication also and had a 3 lead pacemaker put in
over a year ago and that has helped tremendously. But I was so interested in what you said about your high glucose b/c the
last two times he has been to the Dr. that has been high for him as well. If you find some good recipes or can share what you
are following for your diet that would be great. Did you just look up mediterranean diet and start there?
Thanks for any info and hoping this will help your health so much!
