Mazy Is 18 Months Old!
Stats:

Routine:
~ Wakes up between 7:30 and 8:15.
~ Goes to bed, well, by 10:00

~ Mazy’s wake up time has varied a bit since she recently hasn’t started to fall asleep until 9:30 or 10. When she wakes up, she likes to cuddle and then eat breakfast about 1 hour later. We will then run our errands and play outside. She eats lunch at about 11:30 and then between 12 and 12:30 she will go down for an afternoon nap. She can sleep 2 hours, but sometimes we do not let her so that she is more tired at night (though that theory seems to not work). After she wakes up, she cuddles for quite awhile (she wakes up really hard), and then it’s off to playing again. Eats supper at 5:30 or so, more play, then by 7:30, we give her a bath, turn Praise Baby or Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood on. Then we just pray that she will go to sleep eventually!

~ Can bend over and pick something up off the ground if hanging onto something
~ Can get off the couch on her own
~ Got her first haircut, to get rid of the mullet (I cut it)

~ Loves to go on walks – but she has to now do the walking herself and start a leaf collection everytime
~ Enjoys swinging, playing in the sandbox, playing with chalk, and riding in her car
~ Can’t wait for me to say “let’s get the mail” (loves holding the keys)
~ Sometimes sleeps through the night, but sometimes wakes up 5 times in a night
~ Enjoys playing on the deck; especially in her water table
~ Would watch Praise Baby and Daniel Tiger all day if we let her
~ Always asks to pray before meals – holds our hands and she squints her eyes shut
