  • Gifts for My King

This morning I was able to do my Bible study for this week and it was beautiful. The title of it is “A Gift for the King.” During Christmas, we constantly think about what tangible gifts we need to give and even the gifts we will receive, but giving our loved ones lists. These gifts…

  • Living Intentionally

When you know change is coming, do you find yourself being more intentional? Since March, Dan and I have found ourselves at that point. One day we discussed what were some things we wanted to do before we left Minnesota, and truth be told, there wasn’t much. If at all, anything. Yes, we would love…

  • Moving On

Today over all was a good day! I woke up excited to go to a Bible study that I’m a part of and just ready for a new day – hoping a day without a major breakdown. The Bible study was all about the devil and how he can and will creep into every corner…

  • Around The Home

Our week was filled with many activities and happenings! The sun was out a FEW days this week, which I feel is unusual for West Michigan! Couple it of course with a thunderstorm, rain, and snow, but it felt so great to get outside more this week! We also celebrated Mazy’s 4th birthday this past…

  1. Hi KRisten

Congratulations on Dan’s new job in Zeeland. North Street CRC is known for its Biblical standing. I think you will enjoy it there.
I wonder if you will be buying a house in Zeeland. My niece is getting remarried in June and will be selling her house at 458 Alice Ave Zeeland before than. Its a older 3 bedroom 1 bath ranch that has a big backyard and is very well maintained. Michelle loves the neighborhood but is buying a bigger house to accommodate their merging families. Its down the Zeeland Christian School hill. She does not have it for sell yet but I can connect you with her, should you be interested in checking it out.
    Thanks
    Deb Austhof

Praying for you and your family as you complete your work in Minnesota and prepare to begin a new chapter here in Zeeland!

    1. Hi Heather! I look forward to meeting you in a few months! We had a wonderful time at the interview and probably could have talked til the wee hours of the morning! We were very blessed by that evening. Thank you for your prayers as we know that is what carries us. We are excited for what lies ahead, but know our work in MN isn’t QUITE finished yet. Lots of changes, but beautiful changes too. What a gift it is to be a part of the family of God! Thanks again, Heather!

  4. Dear Kristin and Dan,
How wonderful is our Lord in His leading! Joe and I are thrilled that you are going to be closer to St. Joe and that we may be able to see you on occasion. We also would love to see little Mazy too, for the first time.
It is exciting to see the Hand of our God in all that you have experienced and the Spiritual growth that the Holy Spirit has given you.
We will be praying for a smooth transition as you leave Minnesota and come to Michigan. For a home that will meet all of your needs, and a blending of hearts and lives as you step out in faith on this next part of your journey.
May God continue to show you His path and all of the opportunities you will have to continue to serve Him. We love you and are thrilled for you as you take this next step.
    Love,
    Karen and Joe

    1. Joe and Karen,

We would LOVE to see you when we move back! Every time we are home for the holidays, we always say we need to see the Killians, but our time is always so short and we never get to see the people we want to see outside of family! So hopefully this will give us some time to do so. We are excited to see what the next chapter of our life brings and follow the path God has paved for us. We love you too and can’t wait to see you soon 🙂

  5. Hi Dan and Kristin-

    Love,
    Sonja ❤️
