A Simple Way To Go Toxic Free

I have been so excited to share about some changes we have made in our home since I was diagnosed with cancer. When you’re diagnosed with a disease that changes much of your life, you can’t help but take a look AT your life and wonder how we can do better.

Over the years I have used various laundry detergents, trying to rid our clothes and lives of toxins. When our daughter was young, eczema started to rear its ugly head. I switched to a DIY laundry detergent, but even that, had additives that I didn’t love. All in the sake of making it smell good. Then insert cancer. We have no clue what caused my leukemia and never will. I’m not saying my detergent and cleaning products caused it, but could have they? Yes. Again, I know we can’t rid our entire lives of toxins, but I know I can do better because there are better options out there. I just have to choose to use them.
