Do you ever have weeks that you just don’t want to end? That was this past week, camping at the Conference Grounds. This campground is unlike any other and even though this is only the second time we have been here, I know why this is one of my most favorite places. We had the most amazing time as a family, with family and friends. I’ll let the pictures do the telling:

There is a craft cove, which the girls loved to go to as often as we let them:

Mazy has always wanted to play, so this was a great place to try it out! And I must say, she LOVED it!

Not to mention, you could even rent paddleboards:

Then the weather got a little hairy at times. Back home (just 30 minutes away), a large branch broke off from a neighboring tree and took down part of our fence. It could’ve been MUCH worse, and we are thankful after all that happened, that this was the only damage done! And at the campground, we only got some high winds and a lot of rain, but no damage!

So sad to see the week end, but am so thankful for the time together!

Also, having this week break from the daily routine of life and having minimal internet connection, I admit it was refreshing and rejuvenating. So if ya don’t get as many posts sent to your email as normal, just enjoying this summer with the fam bam! No worries, not going anywhere, just soaking in summer 🙂
