Around the Home
Well, hello summer, AGAIN, here in Michigan! Never thought we’d see the 70s in November, but hey, why not? And why not decorate for Christmas while we are at it? It’s a year of weirdness, so when Mazy asked if we could decorate on November 2, I had really no reason or excuse to say no. You see, I find that when I start to listen to Christmas music and decorate our home with things that remind me of Christmas, it honestly reminds me of why we celebrate and the importance of Thanksgiving. That the reason we celebrate on these days is because of the birth of our Savior. What more could we be thankful for? So…
Not a speck of snow on the ground, but here we are, decorating away!
Our favorite ice cream shop was closing this past weekend, so we decided to make one more stop through the drive thru. Maggie had to join in on the fun too…
It was superhero Saturday for Dan and Mazy:
One of Mazy’s most favorite places is the viewing area at the Grand Rapids airport. It was THE perfect day to watch planes come and go…
Then we decided to head on over to the beach…again, when do you get low 70s in November? No need for suits, Mazy probably got just as wet in her clothes!
There is something about water…
And of course we had to build a castle/moat:
Love spending my days with this girl…
On Thursday I am scheduled to received my 12-lead holter monitor that I will have for 48 hours, in hopes of determining what the best treatment will be for my extra beats. We pray that the answers will be clear and that a solution can be found!
