  • A New Year of Newness

2013! Wow. Can’t believe it is a new year! Yesterday I was a little mixed-emotioned about the whole “starting a new year.” You’d think after 2012, that we would be very excited about a new year. We are. But, it means saying goodbye to all the good things that happened and just letting go more…

  • Story of Joseph

Sometimes it is so hard to put into words what we are feeling. Yesterday we started to pack up our house and it was so difficult. At one point we just sat on the stairs and cried. Sometimes it just feels like too much. But we know that this is the best decision financially for…

  • Great Expectations

I’ve thought a lot about expectations today. Expectations that people have for us and expectations that I’ve had for myself. People have just expected us to have kids and probably still do. 2. Oh dear God, I can’t find the words to pray for my sweet friend Kristen. I have to rely on your Holy Spirit to go to you on my behalf. I know that when I pray with the Holy Spirit’s help, he intercedes according to your will. I pray, Lord, that your blessings overflow in their lives. That they will see you and feel you every single day. They will find reasons to praise you throughout the storm. We need a miracle God. And we fully believe that you are able. ❤️ Amen
