  1. That is a great question! When I had made it the first time, I did a 1/2 batch and did not need to cook it that long. I did cook it for about a hour and 15 min. or so. I would just keep an eye on the stuffing – if it is looking burnt, then I would say it's done. Because there are some layers on the chicken, it's getting the chicken done that I would worry about the most. ALL that to say, you may not need to bake it that long – just keep an eye on it.
