Tip #4 – Plan for the day ahead: make lunches, set out clothes, pack your/kids’ bags, the night before.
There is nothing worse than starting the morning off stressed. Maybe this describes EVERY morning for you! Everything you do the night before, it is one less thing you have to do in the morning – one less decision and one less stress.
Kristin’s Action Plan: I have lived by this rule for many years! Even if I don’t specifically set out my clothes or make my lunch, I at least know what I will be wearing/having. Recently I have made my lunch the night before and packed my bags, which makes for a much less-stressed day!
