Tomorrow Is THE Day!

Tomorrow is THE DAY folks!

The day we find out if we are having kids! WOW is that wierd to say, but WOW is that exciting!

Just so you know, we may not post what the results are til later in the afternoon or night because we may not find out til the afternoon. We know there are so many people praying and we wish we could thank each one of you individually. No matter what happens, we know that God will be honored. I think back to what the devotional in Jesus Calling said on August 23 – “Watch to see what I will do.”

This waiting game we thought would be tougher, but the past 10 days have FLOWN. Huge blessing! God has given us other things to preoccupy our minds. I told Brenda this afternoon that we are just at PEACE. No matter what happens, whether we walk the road of grief or whether we walk the road of joy, we all walk it together. And we walk it with all of our brothers and sisters in Christ. But there is very little worry in our hearts – just eagerness to see what God has in store for us. Not that we don’t care what the results are, but God has overwhelmed us with His presence and peace in this area of our life. He consistently reminds us that these children are His, that He is caring for them, whether in Brenda’s womb or back up in heaven. We know He’s got them and always will

So as we wait to see what tomorrow holds, we do not worry or fear because God’s got this all under control.

Philippians 4:6-7: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

I praise God for giving us verses like these, to remember in times of worry – these promises replace our worry with peace, which He has so graciously given Dan and I.
