While You Were Sleeping

A song that I have had on repeat and just can’t stop listening to with much conviction is, “While You Were Sleeping” by Casting Crowns. This song has me stepping bac, every time I listen to it asking myself, “What position does Christ have in my life? Do I only have space for Him when I want? Do I live my life like He IS my everything?”

Is there room for Him IN my life? And…do I make room?

I’m leaving this short and sweet because I want you to listen to this song twice. Once to just get the words starting to turn over in your head and then another time to let the message really soak in. It is powerful and I’ll be honest, 9 times out of 10 I get choked up, often with tears. I want my life to be a life lived in trust and true devotion to Him – every minute of my every day.
