Our Day Away At The Minnesota Zoo

It was just like any other drive home from town. We ran our normal errands, like we do every week. Can I just say, thank you Aldi for not lining the checkout lane with countless things for kids to grab? Another reason why you have my business! With a quick stop at Wal-Mart, we were…
I have wrestled with this thought now for about 1 or 2 years. I can’t remember when I started to feel this guilt coming over me, but I have to readily admit, it hasn’t really lessened, until I started to get real with myself. And with God. Have you had what you consider AMAZING devotional…
You know “the cry.” That certain cry that is belted out after your child stubs their toe, scrapes their knee, or runs into the corner of the table. The tender-loving care we offer at that moment, well, in their eyes, nothing can compare. All they need is YOU. Isn’t it amazing what a bandaid or…

She is so cute! I'd love to hear her talking and making animal sounds.
Isn't it funny how poorly a toddler sleeps at night when they've missed their nap? Logically, it should make them sleep better. My mother used to tell me "It takes sleep to make sleep."
You're great parents!!
I love what you mom told that it takes sleep to make sleep! I couldn't agree more! You'd think logically they would sleep better, but their bodies have a different idea :). I told myself that she will someday be 18 and wish she had more time to sleep, so this too shall pass!
